Step 1 - Planning the Campaign
Before we start the campaign we need to ensure that we have a full understanding of the current status of your website and are able to identify any technical issues that might need to be addressed before we start work. To do this we implement a
Site Technical Review and an
Existing Optimisation Analysis.
Once the technical issues have been covered we then implement a full
Search Phrase Selection Analysis. This is a comprehensive analysis that will define a short list of potential target keyword phrases to be included in an SEO campaign. These are phrases that we determine, after consultation with you, to be those that will bring the highest numbers of relevant visitors to your website.
Our analysis covers phrase relevancy, conversion potential, search volume and competitiveness. The final search phrase selection will provide the basis of the optimisation campaign.
Step 2 - Implementing the Campaign
We create an outline
SEO Implementation Plan that matches each target phrase to the most relevant page of your website.
For each page to be optimised we create specially formatted title and meta tags based on the phrases being targeted. These are sent to the client for implementation.
We then send the client exact instructions on optimising the page copy and other page elements around our target search phrases. When necessary we instruct the client on building additional site content. We work closely with the client all through the optimisation process to ensure that the campaign is implemented correctly.
At this point we start the keyword-focused link building campaign for the site, and set up the Google Site Map.
Step 3 - Measuring and monitoring the Campaign
Once the campaign work has been fully implemented we will send the client a detailed
Search Engine Positioning Report every month for 6 months. This report will show the client’s rankings for all target search phrases in the major search engines and any month on month changes. Along with the monthly positioning reports we will provide recommendations on any additional work that may be necessary to maintain the client’s search rankings.
You will also have access to a free technical support email hotline if you need help or advice after the campaign has been implemented, and you will be provided with a full project manual for future reference. If required, we will set up a free Google Analytics web stats account for your website.
